By creating or using an account on Abjee, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. It is therefore essential that you read them in full.
1 General Terms
Abjee (abjee.ws) is an online betting and gaming platform providing entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Abjee and its members.
By using Abjee's services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are using this platform voluntarily and for entertainment purposes.
- All information you have provided is true and accurate.
- You have read and agreed to comply with these Terms & Conditions in full.
Important: Abjee reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the new terms.
These terms and conditions are drawn up in Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy arising from translation, the original Bengali version shall prevail.
2 Account Registration & Verification
To register on Abjee, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false details is a direct violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- One Person, One Account: Each individual or household is permitted to hold only one account.
- Information Verification: After registration, Abjee may request identity verification at any time. A copy of your National ID or passport may be required.
- Password Security: You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing account access with anyone else is not permitted.
- Contact Information: Keep your phone number and email address up to date at all times — important notifications are sent through these channels.
- Account Transfer: Selling, transferring, or renting your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately and change your password.
The mobile number and payment method used during registration must be the same ones used for withdrawals. Withdrawals to a different number or account will not be accepted.
3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Abjee supports the most popular mobile payment methods in Bangladesh. Compliance with the deposit and withdrawal rules is mandatory.
- Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (may vary depending on the payment method).
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal processing time: Usually within 1–24 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
- Identity Verification: KYC verification is required for withdrawals above a certain amount.
- Same Method: Withdrawals must always be made using the same method as the original deposit.
Abjee does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, payment providers may apply their own charges, which are beyond Abjee's control.
Abjee follows international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies to prevent money laundering and suspicious financial activity. Accounts flagged for suspicious transactions may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.
Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings only become withdrawable after the wagering requirement for the bonus has been met.
4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Abjee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer comes with its own terms, and failure to comply may result in the bonus being voided.
- Welcome Bonus: For new members only. Applies to the first deposit. Any attempt to claim the bonus through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being terminated.
- Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered a set number of times (typically 10x–30x). Wagers placed on games outside the eligible list will not count toward the requirement.
- Bonus Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
- Maximum Bet Limit: A maximum bet limit applies when wagering with bonus balance.
- Game-Specific Restrictions: Some bonuses are applicable to specific games or sports only.
Abjee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Any attempt to fraudulently exploit a bonus will result in forfeiture of all associated winnings.
5 Betting Rules
The following rules apply at all times when betting on Abjee. They cover all Sports, casino, and other game categories.
- Bet Acceptance: The odds in place at the time a bet is placed will apply. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Abjee reserves the right to void the affected bet.
- Live Betting: Odds change rapidly during live in-play betting. If the odds change before your bet is confirmed, the updated odds will apply.
- Match Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, all bets placed on that event will be refunded.
- Result Verification: Win or loss outcomes are determined after the official result is announced. Results from unofficial sources are not accepted.
- Maximum Win Limit: There is a maximum win cap per bet, which may vary depending on the game or event.
Any dispute regarding a bet outcome must be raised with the support team within 72 hours. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Abjee platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Processing transactions using another person's payment method.
- Using software or bots to exploit or manipulate the betting system.
- Involvement in match fixing or attempting to influence the outcome of any event.
- Engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other members.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Abusive behavior or threats directed at the support team or other members.
If any suspicious activity is detected, Abjee reserves the right to suspend the account without notice and launch an investigation. If the account holder is found to be at fault, all balances will be forfeited.
7 Responsible Gaming
Abjee believes betting is for entertainment, not addiction. That's why we prioritize responsible gaming and support our members in building healthy habits.
- Deposit limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
- Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily suspend your account for a set period whenever you feel the need.
- Reality Check: You will receive periodic reminders showing how long your current session has been active.
- Loss Limit: An automatic alert will be triggered if your losses exceed a specified amount.

8 Account Closure & Suspension
Abjee may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Evidence of a breach of the Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
- Extended inactivity (12+ months).
- As required by court order or applicable law.
- At the member's own request.
If you wish to close your account, please contact the support team. Make sure to withdraw any remaining valid balance before the account is closed.
A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. If an account remains inactive for 12 months, a set amount may be deducted from the balance each month.
9 Privacy & Data Protection
Abjee places the highest priority on protecting your personal information. We use SSL encryption and modern data security technologies.
- Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
- Your information is used solely for service improvement and identity verification purposes.
- Information may be disclosed to government authorities where required by law.
- You have the right to view or correct your information.

10 Changes to Terms & Contact
Abjee reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified in advance by email or SMS for any significant changes.
- Continued use of the service after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
- If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request that your account be closed.
